Exactly as pictured and really can’t beat the price. We had a Hippie Party for a guy who was born in the 60s and we grabbed a few extra “dress up” packages like this one for people who hadn’t had time to get their own. We kept them right at the entry door and people used them for the party. It was a super light-hearted way to keep the party going. LOTS of LAUGHS-which was exactly the point. Read more
