Impatience is Impractical
My teeth have, or had, been losing the yellow battle at an increased rate over the last eighteen months - I’m over fifty years old for perspective. I have always had decent dental habits and corresponding health, but coffee was non negotiable for decades and switching to other caffeine sources has been more like switching it up here and there, in honesty. I have periodically researched and tried the same whitening gimmicks and toothpastes as everyone else, with the same result of stalemate because I can’t quit the coffee. Recent science has been intriguing and I have been following along with products and reviews for a while before I joined in. I feel that I also should add that I do not like dentistry, and I have never in my life been to a dentist who didn’t hurt me hard at least once during the visit. I go, but not until I can make myself do it. So, first time with PAP toothpaste for me and I have been using this product for over a month now. After a couple of weeks I bought another so I won’t have to go without because it is holy heck working. After trying it out with other toothpastes for the first two weeks, I have been using it daily in conjunction with Crest 3D White Brilliance, Luminous Purple. I brush with Hismile for two minutes, then I brush with the purple Crest for two minutes so that the color correction is in effect. I suppose that they could be mixed and save time, from watching the Hismile videos, but this is working for me so I am doing it this way for now. I am thinking about replacing the Crest purple with Hismile purple soon because Crest uses some bad for me ingredients, but not messing with success today. From the first day this has been gaining momentum and I am very pleased. In all honesty, the success has realized a serious decrease in coffee consumption for me to the point of zero for about 10 days. I want it, but I think about how white my teeth are becoming on the daily and take a few sips of an energy drink instead. Hismile PAP toothpaste has been working for me over time as it is designed to do. It took several days of use to notice improvement and has continued to do so gradually. If you are an impatient person, then I do not recommend this product. My research dug up a Colgate product that supposedly removes fifteen years of stains in a day or two and that might be more the thing for some people. I also do not recommend using it the way that I do, I am rather sharing what has been working for me. I hope this is helpful to you and my thanks to Hismile for a great product.
