i've tried a bunch of these different whitening strip brands, including those with lights and without. if you want some maximally effective whitening, go for the crest whitening strips (do some research to find the right ones for you, obviously). these won't really get you that lasting brightness. they definitely deliver on their promise to not sensitize your teeth. they just don't really do a great job of getting them white. that said, they are extremely cheap, so if this is what you can afford, it will brighten your teeth a bit and give you something of a "reset" that you can try to maintain with whitening toothpaste/mouthwash Read more
