Highly recommended. Very sharp. Feels very solid and sturdy. Great middle size knife for the kitchen. Cuts easy, just a gentle push forward and back and my beef roast fell apart. I would have given this knife five stars. The reason I didn’t is it does not come with a protective sheath. For a knife this well made, having a cover to protect the blade is absolutely essential. 6 inch blades are not common so anything that you buy aftermarket is not going to fit like it would if it came from the factory. Also, this knife is not cheap so it would follow that one would want to protect it. My very first use of this knife was to cut my flank steak and all I can say is I’m glad I didn’t test the edge with my finger, so to be clear I am writing this with all 10 digits intact. It was a great purchase and I love the knife. Read more
