Works even for a southpaw
The sharpest knife I've ever used - just ask the 3 cuts my fingers received the first two days of using it. Has a nice weight and grip to it, using it for everything from slicing and dicing to cutting pieces of meat with easy. I'm left-handed and the knife works really well even for me. Read more
Incredible Cutting Power—Handle with Care!
This is a fantastic knife that offers professional-grade performance, but users should be prepared for just how exceptionally sharp it is. In my experience, it has enough power to cut through chicken bone with very little effort, and it glides through vegetables effortlessly. While the sharpness is its greatest strength, it definitely requires a high level of respect and focus during use. I found myself becoming much more deliberate with my movements because the edge is so keen. So solid and sharp!
Highly recommended. Very sharp. Feels very solid and sturdy. Great middle size knife for the kitchen. Cuts easy, just a gentle push forward and back and my beef roast fell apart. Rinse and wipe when done, super easy. I have a few of the 67 layer Damascus kitchen knives, they are great, but this cuts just as well. Can't go wrong, recommended. Read more
Worth the money spent.
I would have given this knife five stars. The reason I didn’t is it does not come with a protective sheath. For a knife this well made, having a cover to protect the blade is absolutely essential. 6 inch blades are not common so anything that you buy aftermarket is not going to fit like it would if it came from the factory. Also, this knife is not cheap so it would follow that one would want to protect it. My very first use of this knife was to cut my flank steak and all I can say is I’m glad I didn’t test the edge with my finger, so to be clear I am writing this with all 10 digits intact. It was a great purchase and I love the knife. Read more
