Nice useful appliance, except for the plastic gears--durability??
This is a nice, useful appliance. I was specifically looking for something to make mayonnaise with. This did an excellent and quick job. My only concern is that the gears are plastic. I already had one of these (different brand) and it had the same plastic gears, which broke after only a few uses. Mayonnaise gets pretty thick and the blender stick that you use to make it needs sturdy materials/gears to withstand the pressure. I'm hoping this lasts longer than my first one. I was looking for one with steel gears and was disappointed when I saw this was the same as my first one. Just an added note, when the seller realized I was disappointed in the blender having plastic gears, they did reach out to me and offered a refund. This was unexpected, and I appreciate their willingness to do that. If there's ever something I'm looking for and they have it, I would definitely do business with them again! Read more

Whisk is so so unless you use deep bowl
Works great but the whisk is flimsy it makes stuff splatter so if you use a deep bowl may work better. Everything else is great Read more

Honestly, I felt duped by all the free product reviews after the fact (because I didn’t read all full reviews, my bad), but after actually trying it out, I’m totally impressed with this powerful mixer/chopper/immersion blender!! I tested it out by grinding up raw strips of chicken breasts on 5 at 3/4 capacity, and it ground them all up in like 10 seconds.(I’ve since chopped up almonds, ground coffee, both with excellent results.) It also has a turbo mode and goes up to 20…holy cow. I got rid of my food processor because it was too large for just my husband and me, but this thing is perfect!! I totally love it, and I would totally recommend!! Read more

Doesn't hold much of a charge
Loved the thought of a cordless one but charged it up, which took about 3 hours. Made 2 milkshakes, then a couple days later didnt have enough charge to make a milkshake. Exchanged it fora corded one. Read more
