This ball has been my dog's favorite toy for the last year that she's had it. I put some treats in it or if she's having kibble for dinner I put that in it and she pushes it around the house. It makes a fun sound, the treats or kibble fall out one or two at a time and she gobbles them up. Even when it's empty you will find her laying on her bed gnawing on it trying to destroy it.. with no luck! She has chewed through countless so-called "Indestructible Toys" but this one is held up! The noise SUCKS

I love the design of this toy. The outside has a slightly softer ridged rubber that makes it possible for my dog to pick up the ball and move it even though it's nearly the size of her head. The inside is thick and durable plastic that has sustained the chomps of two GSDs. It's pretty easy to fill (I use a funnel) and can fit about 2 cups of kibble in it. But the noise -- it's enough to drive me crazy. It's like a dog with a squeak toy, but the squeaking goes on for 20 minutes while my dog pushes this around the house to dispense her kibble. I have tried to disable the noise. I have tried stuffing the head of Q-tips in the sound vents, I have tried bashing the tubes that make the sound with a screwdriver but the ball is too durable -- I can't break the sound makers, which sucks because of all my food-dispensing enrichment toys, this is by-far my favorite design-wise. It's easy to fill, dispenses slowly enough to last my dog at least 20 minutes, big enough that it doesn't roll under furniture and get stuck, and built in such a way that my dog can pick it up and move it if it rolls into a corner. However, despite all the pros, it hardly sees use because I rarely feel up to the task of hearing the incessant quacks this thing emits, twice per revolution. Read more
