Faucet does exactly what I needed. Worked flawlessly for over a year but then noticed a slight leak, but only when opening the valve and never leaked without the valve opened. Good Product, Reliably Backed
We ordered this faucet, installed it, and it worked great for over a year. However, we did have an issue after 16 months. The black lever would not remain upright and water only dribbled out. My husband contacted iSpring and explained the problem. We gave them proof of purchase and they are sending another faucet out. Everyone we spoke to was very gracious and willing to solve the problem. Michele handled most of the communications and was lovely to deal with.
