I am no where near a girly girl (for instance, the smeared end of day make up in the video) - my daughter however - she’s into everything super girly! This curling iron has three heat settings - super easy to use - great curls! I mean my 5 year old can curl my hair! She will need to learn how to hold the curling iron closer to her head (or my head) so we get longer wavy looking curls, but for the cost - this quality is fantastic! It’s very light weight so my daughter can hold it with ease. This has made before school hair do’s quicker and pain free - as in less headache for me! I wanted to like this automatic hair curler because I’ve used the before. This one is extremely hard to use. It’ll tangle your hair more than curl it. It gets hot, and the iron is smooth, but that motor is something else. I actually thought we would have to cut my hair to get it out, but thankfully we were able to finally get it loose enough that my hair came out. Does it work well? Absolutely 100% no! It does not work well at anything but getting your hair so tangled it pulls it. It’s definitely not worth whatever they were charging for this curling iron. Normally if it’s a hair item I don’t like using, I give it to my nieces, but this one was so bad I gave it to the garbage can. Read more
