Not impressed with this one
It works for the most part but a fair amount of effort is needed to make cuts compared to some others I’ve tried. Its not the most comfortable to grip either due to being so small. Ive used these ones in the past and liked them but they were not so tiny. They would be great for smaller hands and for traveling I suspect. Oh, almost forgot. These come with a plastic cap over the tip like most & it was impossible to remove. Even my husband couldn’t get it off and he has big strong hands. We had to use pliers to get it off, weird. Baffling; quality blades, junk spring arm...
These cuticle nippers are the perfect size for detailed trimming and the blades are very sharp, however, they break in the exact same place, in the exact same way after a month or two of use. The small metal arm that makes it springy, fails and breaks clean off on one side, at the bend closest to the pegs that insert into the holes on the handle of the unit. I've owned 3 of these and every one of them broke in this manner. I want to love these, but I never have a pair long enough. I'm ordering another pair though, because I'm a hopeless romantic that way! Read more
