My husband and I wanted this work because his snoring has plagued him for years. The first night he ended up ripping the strip off in the middle of the night. Then he tried wearing it during the day to see if he could get used to it. But the way it pulls caused a weird nerve feeling on the bridge of his nose like you need to move your glasses up. I tried it as well and had the same experience. So I guess it back to the drawing board for us. On the upside if this does work for you the package comes with a lot of tape so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars . If you can handle the weird pulling feeling then this may help elevate the stuffiness and open up your nostrils and even though my husband has oily skin the adhesive stayed put all night, as I mentioned before he had to take it off himself for it to come off so the adhesion was very effective. And the quality of the tape is rather strong and pretty descent so it may work for you. At this price it was worth trying out and they give you so many that you can afford to do a few experiments to make it work without worrying about not having enough to use once you do figure out how it works best for you. These snore strips aren't as stiff as another brand I've bought in the store, but they open the nostrils, and it's more comfortable than having your nostrils strained to their utmost stretch. If you're wearing them to sleep, the color doesn't matter, but if you plan to wear these during waking hours and have beige skin, know that you will be seeing the strip in your peripheral vision. Best to match skin tone. The adhesive worked fine, but my sensitive skin did get itchy after a few hours of use (during daytime, not exercising) and I had to remove the strip.
