Had dyed my hair for a few years and hated that it was so dark compared to my natural. I started using this product to lighten my hair and it was the ONLY thing that worked without bleaching my hair and frying it up. I know the directions said not to use on previously dyed hair but it worked beautifully. I would definitely take precaution tho and use it slowly over time. I used 6 full bottles in under 2 months. Would NOT recommend doing that. Caused some minor damage that was fixed thru conditioning treatments. Still haven't used these, I read the ingredients and I don't recall there being peroxide in the one that we used in the 80s and 90s so now I'm scared to use it because I feel like it was lemon juice and other stuff before.
