I am in love with this keyboard! The first thing I noticed was just how HEAVY it is. It felt like incredibly good quality right off the bat. The second thing I noticed was how gorgeous this keyboard is! The clear keys are soft to press and have a soft tapping sound rather than a 'clickity" sounding typewriter/keyboard. It was on the pricey side, but I definitely think it was worth the purchase! The colors of the LEDs are simply beautiful and stand out even in the light of day. The actual keys are easy to remove and replace with custom keys (I found keys with paw prints on them) to customize the look of your keyboard. Drawback: The only drawback of this keyboard, for me personally, is that it does not have the 10-key pad. All the numbers are above the letter keys and with the lights shining brightly through the translucent keys, it makes the numbers harder to see if you aren't used to using them (I'm used to the 10-key). There is a version of KiiBoom keyboard with a 10-key pad but it was more expensive so I didn't opt for that model. I feel with how much I use the 10-key pad, it would have been worth the extra money to have it. You live and you learn. I also feel that there might be some who will find it hard to read the symbols/letters/numbers on the keys due to the bright LEDs shining through the translucency. The media could not be loaded. -not sure if it comes with 1 year warranty like kiiboom would send if you ordered off their site -cannot customize specific color of side led (only a few colors avaliable) -battery doesn’t last more than 1 day -awesome customization on application for keys -high quality cord, good length. could be longer. -wi-fi works great -very heavy!! will not move without picking it up -quality is amazing, as expected for the price. -good for gaming while plugged in. haven’t tried with wi-fi or bluetooth -actually in love with it overall -wish it wasn’t $10 more on amazon compared to kiiboom site. The media could not be loaded. Functionality it great. It connects to iPad with Bluetooth. And comes with nice usbc cord if needed for charging. It doesn't connect to my HP laptop with bluetooth, but that's my laptop issue. I can still connect to laptop wirelessly because the keyboard comes with 2.4 G sensor. Just stick adapter in laptop usb port and I can have wireless function. Battery lasts long time. Typing feels good. The colors are fun and you can adjust brightness. Which is great because initially it is a little too bright for me. Paper insert explains how to connect and put in pairing mode but it may need to list more ways to use the keys to change setting. I found an excellent YouTube tutorial to help explain alot of shortcuts for changing colors and brightness and other stuff. Packaging is also very nice. Aesthetics 5/5 GORGEOUS. I love this keyboard! It makes typing a real pleasure. I was used to the Logitech wave keyboard, until my second one started dying and I decided to try a mechanical keyboard. I wanted to get the Kiiboom full size keyboard, but just didn't want to wait 5-6 weeks for it, so I got this keyboard and a numpad. I got the clear purple, which is absolutely gorgeous! I adore purple. The keys are super smooth to type with, and there's enough space between the keys because they are tall. However, I sometimes look at what keys I'm typing because I don't want to make a mistake, and can't really see what key is what because they're clear purple with purple writing on them. Because of this, I decided to try new keycaps. Dear Lord, I'm in pain. About 90% of the keycaps I pulled out with the keycap tool stayed attached to the switch underneath. So I would wind up pulling keycap and switch at once. This made the process of switching keycaps soooooooo much longer, and I got stabbed by the metal part of the switch a few times when trying to separate the keycap from the switch. Luckily this keyboard came with extra switches because a couple of them I was just not able to separate, and I don't consider myself a particularly weak person. I got the Guffercty kred Pudding PBT Keycaps for 75 Percent Keyboard in lotus (because purple) here on Amazon, and surprisingly even some of those got stuck to the switches, though not as bad. I love how the color shows through on the clear keycaps, and wish I could keep them, but alas I am older and need to sometimes see what keys I'm typing on, I switched them out. I love the linear switches and how smoothly I can type. I feel like I can type so much faster on this keyboard, though I need to get used to it being less ergonomic than my Logitech. I also highly recommend getting a wrist rest as this keyboard is pretty tall overall. I had to take one star away because of the difficulty in changing the keycaps (along with the time, frustration, and bleeding while doing that), but that may be a problem with all mechanical keyboards and I just don't know because this is my first one.
