Very Disappointing

I was excited when this arrived looked great with the bathroom sink and cabinet. Quality seemed nice. But, my husband has been trying to install it for quite a long time now, trying to think of anything that might work. The problem is that no matter what you try, the handles will never line up straight when turned off, as a matter of fact they both shut off in a different position. He has called customer service several times they were of no help. We also have not been able to return it which is very disappointing because we spent almost $300 and will have to buy another one. If I could have given a 0 I would have. We are so disappointed and frustrated about this whole experience. Read more
