The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this saucepan! The stainless steel feels solid and durable, and the honeycomb nonstick interior works wonderfully—nothing sticks, and it cleans up in seconds. It heats evenly and is perfect for sauces, soups, or boiling small portions. I also love the clear lid and comfortable handle. Plus, it works perfectly with my induction cooktop. This is the BEST cookware!!!! I had a full set of Zwilling cookware. It was about one year old when it started to breakdown. The rim around the top of the pots (not one but all of them) started to get really sharp. I cut myself numerous times. I contacted Zwilling and they told me to send it back. That means that I would have to go without my cookware. On a fly I came across this cookware, that was more than reasonable priced and decided to take a chance. When it arrived I was shocked. It was as heavy as the Zwilling and It looked the same. I figured now if it cooks as well…. So far , so good….. I’ll let you know how well it holds up. This pan is excellent in almost every way. It is thick-walled, well-made, and has a great lip for pouring liquids. There are just two things I don't like about the pan. One is the non-stick surface. It is very rough and makes a horrible scraping noise when stirring with a metal spoon. The second is cleanup. While most non-stick pans are easily wiped clean, this is not one of those pans. It takes a bristle brush to clean it, making me reach for other pans in my kitchen before this one. Read more
