After washing and seasoning the pan, I used it to make breakfast. It worked really well on an induction stovetop, and it is truly non-stick. Nothing stuck while making hash browns to fried ham and fried eggs. Cleanup was a breeze. Excellent pan, I highly recommend. Read more
handles higher heat than other types of non-stick coatings [although obviously not as much as cast iron]. I use it at over 500 F. convenient for searing steaks - perfect size for what I consider a single serving. heats rapidly on gas flame. so far, the non-stick surface works well and cleanup is simple and thorough. The frypan was incredibly well packaged, and attaching the handle and cover knob with enclosed screwdriver was quick and simple. The pan is very large and attractive, as described. I hope I get many years of nonstick use from it. Read more
We've had this pan for several months now and it's been great so far. It's easy to keep clean (nonstick) and we haven't had to use as much oil for cooking - heats evenly. it has been great with all foods we have tried, although we pull out the cast iron skillet for a better sear if we need it. We are heavy on home cooking, and it has held up well to the extra wear. Overall highly recommend, it's good value all things considered. We'll be accumulating the set as our old set wears out.
