I would highly recommend these pans. They are sturdy and the surface is definitely nonstick. I prefer the ceramic over your typical Teflon type surfaces for cooking surface cooks evenly. We chose the set with the larger fry pans, and they are deep enough to do some serious cooking. We also chose the set that has covers. All handles are sturdy and feels great to handle. They send four screws to install the three handles but none of the screws are long enough to securely attach handle on small pan even though without the handle in place the screw does go into the pan. One of two things happened in making the pan or handle either they didn't thread the pan all the way out or something too thick was put into handle that won't allow the screws sent to reach threads. I'll be down to hardware store tomorrow to buy a longer screw of 1/8th longer to secure handle to pan. Otherwise, these are great pans. Read more

This is a very nice set of pans, but just so you know.....you have to attach the handles to each pot. No problem though, they even supply the screw driver. We have used them about two months and they clean like a dream! Hope that continues for a long time. Read more
