I bought the 11-inch version of this AWESOME pan. I've used it at least twice since I got it a week ago. I made candied walnuts in it and had room to spare. I also made 8 scrambled eggs and NOTHING stuck. I do use a little butter for the scrambled eggs but what good are they, really, without butter? LOL. I'm looking forward to using it for many other things. I call it my "tweener"...between 10-inch and 12-inch. It is surprisingly lightweight although it looks very heavy. This is the greatest pan! Large enough to cook huge batches of gumbo. The only thing I wish is that the little hand grip on the opposite side of the pan was heat resistant. I have to keep reminding myself to get a hot pad. It is so easy to clean, nothing sticks to it. It seems very durable. I only use plastic or wooden utensils in my pots and pans so I didn't test it's scratch resistance. Read more

It’s a nice size pan. I purchased this pan specifically for making dishes that start with a rue, potato soup for me. What I found is that the bottom of the pan is not completely flat ( has a slight bow in the middle) so liquids flow to the outside ring around the pan, makes it a little difficult to make the rue. But it’s workable and a great size. Cleans up easily. Read more

I love this deep frying pan with lid! I've been doing more cooking lately and my old nonstick frying pan was starting to stick, so I was looking for another pan similar to the one I had that I really liked. This pan is it! I love that the sides are over 3 inches tall and that it has a glass lid so I can see how the food is doing while it's cooking. The coating works great! It is very easy to wash and so far, nothing has stuck to it. I thought the handle looked wood in the picture, but it is actually covered in a silicone material so it doesn't get hot. It is very comfortable. The small handle on the opposite side could be a little larger and I wish it was covered with something so it wouldn't get hot, but that is a small thing that doesn't matter too much. Overall, I love this pan! I hope it will last as long as my old pan that it is replacing! Read more
