We're just getting through those inevitable back-to-school colds and my daughter loved using these when she was feeling stuffed up. We've tried adult nasal strips, but they often dont stick as well because they're too large for her nose. At 12, she's probably on the very top end of the age bracket for these strips, but she still found them better than adult sizes. This set includes a lot of strips! Each set includes 5 nasal strips of different designs. You can tear them apart along perforated lines to carry one, or a couple, separately. Each are individually packaged like a bandage - even with the two pieces, split in the middle, for revealing the adhesive. I find it easier to try to center it on her nose above the nostrils and then press down each side of her nose. She says they help open her nasal passage and make breathing easier. The only downside is that my son, who also had a cold, refused to wear them because of the designs. These nasal strips sized for children are great! They are made to ease breathing in a child with nasal congestion, especially at bedtime. Any child is bound to like the colorful cartoon-y designs. I especially like the rounded ends. No sharp edges to poke little faces. The length is appropriate for toddlers to nearly teens, and even some adults with small or thin noses. Please be sure to place the strip properly, or it won't work right! (I found out the hard way.) There are instructions, just be sure to observe exactly where on the nose the strip should be placed. The adhesive side has to be held in place on the nose for at least 30 seconds, and then it sticks very well until removed. And it's so nice to know the little one will sleep better. Hint: The strips are designed to remove easily, but I've found that if you hold a warm wet washcloth on the nasal strip for a few moments, it's even easier.
