It’s comfy and fluffs up to what you need. I mostly love the cool side and I wish both sides were cool. I bought an extra pillow case for it that fits perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because the silk liner started getting a run and has torn open after a year of average use. I didn’t add extra filling nor do I fluff it up usually. With a 3” hole in the seam I now have lots of mini foam pieces falling out when I take the main pillow case off to wash. I hate to toss it but don’t have much of a choice. I absolutely love this pillow but only one year of use makes it a bit costly to keep replacing. :( Read more
