Ladies - Merino Wool - Irish Knit - Buttons Long Cardigan for Women with Hood and Front Pockets

I bought this for my wife, and here is her review; Honey you don't have to be Irish to enjoy this Sweater! I love a warm sweater, for me this Ladies Merino Knit Wool Cardigan has all the bells and whistles. A great hoodie for a no hat day but something to cover the top of my head & back of my neck when the winds are blowing. A button down so I don't mess up my hair or mess up my make-up by pulling it down over my head, or choking me around my chin & neck. Next, I like the fact that it's long enough to help keep the buns & thighs warm on those cold days at the sports field, Yup! Aran covers my bottom & upper thighs quite well while keeping them cozy and warm on those cold stadium seats while watching the game. Also, the sleeves flair out a bit which just makes this Sweater so much fun I can fold them up and it still doesn't feel too bulky. Finally, the pockets one for the Cellphone, and the other for the tissues, hanky & my small cash purse. Love, love, lovely! This was a gift for someone who had recently visited Ireland but had not indulged in much shopping. I was so concerned because she wears size small and a medium was the smallest available in the color we wanted. But she loved it and the way it fit. I haven't been able to find a real wool sweater that I like in such a long time. This one is great! Warm and fits well. The length is just right, the sleeves are a little short on my arms, but I can definitely live with it. I can't stand a turtleneck sweather, so this one is great! We live in Alaska, in a part where in the winter there is a really nasty wind from the north and our house is cooler then we would like it to be. I put this sweater on as soon as I opened the parcel, and BOOM! warm! I will buy another if every I need to. Hope to have this one for a Lonnnnnng time :) Well done! Read more
