Update: 12/25 very nice!! One issue I ran into is if using it in “tripod mode” the adjustment technique stops “level” so if you are doing something in a “lower position general area” you have to bend the legs goofy to position the phone the rest of the way down, hope that makes sense 😅 really not big deal just that’s what it is! Still love it though! Haven’t really used it but played around with itself and over all great little tripod! The lock to hold your phone is absolutely wonderful! This tripod fit well in my bag and is never too heavy. It's a great quality for the casual videos and photos I take. My only complaint is that you either must have a phone without a case on or just a very thin case because the clamps to hold the phone have very limited depth, meaning a more bulky heavy duty phone case might not fit well and will pop out of hold. But for a more thin and sleek phonecase it works perfectly. Read more

Had it a year, pretty good. Bits broke off within months. Just padding on one side. Made it dodgy but still pretty good. Jusy had to be gentle and always remember the phone IS NOT SECURE. But we make it work. Sometimes with tape. Tonight, a year and a half later, the whole grip breaks off. Yes I should have returned it as soon as the padding broke off. But it was pretty good. Lamicall is a brand I'm familiar with and have had good experiences with for years, so purchasing this versatile 3-in-1 tripod only made sense for using to create video content for YouTube. The flexible legs set this tripod apart. You can attach it to railings, fences, poles, and similar to give a unique perspective and angle to your videos and photos. The wireless remote is a nice touch, or if you use an iPhone and have an Apple Watch, you can use the watch as your remote. Besides the versatility of the legs, I really like the holder for the iPhone being secure and easy to use. The ability to easily turn the mount for a vertical orientation is very useful for creating vertical videos, and it's also easy to remove that mount to use the tripod more traditionally for a DSLR or similar. This tripod is lightweight and easy to throw into a backpack or bag, and seems durable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a second one if needed, give as a gift, or recommend to others.
