I really like this curling iron. Probably the best that I've had in a long time. The extra length on it is great! No more missed pieces of hair! Heats up fast. It also comes with a few extras. The only thing that would be considered negative is that the very end of the wand does get warm at times. Still able to use without any discomfort. The handle is very long; it's a detriment sometimes. Also, my hair slips out of the clamp during curling and I have medium length hair...it shouldn't do that and I don't know how to tighten down. It comes with a dial to choose the heat you want and it does heat quickly. Also, a heat protective glove, 2 clips and hair bands. Nice touch. Read more

I've tried to find an extra long barrel on curling irons since my hair is waist-length, and they aren't that easy to find. However, this one has a great long barrel - and the most important thing - the power switch is in a great place where I don't accidentally turn it off while I'm using it! AND - it's affordable! I love the slim handle, which is easy to grip. The power cord has a swivel on it, so it doesn't get tangled - even while using it with an extension cord. The digital display is easy to read, easy to set, and it heats up within a minute. Overall, this is a great curling iron - I bought the 1" barrel size - but I'm sure it's great in any size. The curling iron is great. The cord is terrible. Yes it's thick and heavy duty. BUT it tangles every single time you turn the curling iron. Its a poor design for a "rotating" cord. I've had a LOT of curling irons. More than the average female because I'm so picky. This cord is BS! It's frustrating and gets in the way because it curls so much. If the cord was better I would give this curling iron 10 stars if I could. Since I have to stop every few minutes to untangle it. I give 3 stars. After a little longer and IF the cord loosens up more, I'll come back and change/edit my review...... Read more
