This space heater does a great job! It is quiet and blends in with room decor very well. The unit puts out a great deal of heat and the high and low blower settings work nicely. The choices for control of the unit are very numerous with quite a few choices in order to make your room comfortable. The only thing that could be considered a negative about the heater is that the remote control is definitely confusing. Most of the remote settings are easy to understand and use but the "eco" settings really are sort of counter intuitive. We just adjust the heat level and fan speed we want and run the unit that way. We have used the eco settings, but they don't seem to do what we want/need them to do. The timer feature is very helpful and works well. We noticed when we were "shopping" room heaters that several of the models stated that they had "timers" but you have to be careful that you choose one that has a TWELVE HOUR TIMER otherwise you may needlessly be going to the unit the reset running time several times per day. This unit times from 1/2 to 12 hours and its operates accurately. Overall, you will enjoy this heater. It will certainly keep your room warm and cozy. (PS Remember, this is a space heater. It is not going to heat an entire house but it will heat 200 - 400 square feet of house fairly well.) Read more
Works as intended! Would be good for a dorm/bedroom, office, or small living area. Would recommend to buy but took a star off for the plastic smell. Pros: -Warms up a small area pretty quickly! - Eco mode and the oscillation feature are awesome in addition to being able to turn off the display lights for nighttime use. - Aesthetic enough to leave out and not be an eyesore - My dogs love napping in front of it Cons: - smells like burning plastic but maybe this goes away after a while (TBD) - Low blowing sound— similar to a hum from an air fryer/microwave Read more
In the week I have had this heater, it is terrific. First, this was the #1 rated space heater on Consumer Reports. And, under $100!! It was also stylish and designed for safety. I had concerns about only using a remote to operate, but, the options are also available on the top of the unit. Set up was very easy. Pull the heater out of the box. Read the very thin manual. Turn it on. Enjoy the heat. It heats quickly. I often put it on LOW as the HI is hotter than I care for over a period of time. It automatically shuts off (with a beep) when the desired temperatures is achieved. I unplug it at night, because I am paranoid (old enough to remember the dangerous space heaters of yester year) So far, my cats hate it….not a bad thing. I get it all to myself. Read more
Love it. Works great and love the oscillation feature and 2 heat settings (Hi and Lo - that really is all you need). Once you get your space warm, just then set to Lo... I even have to shut it down as the room get super warm. The remote control feature is a plus and it looks good too. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This attractive little heater is as functional is it is good looking. I appreciate the well thought out, lighted display on top. It's very easy to see. The remote could be a little bigger, but it is still easy to read and works very well. It's also heavy enough not to tip easily but weighted enough to stay upright. It warms an 8X10 room very, very fast on low. It's also got a thermostat to see the room temperature, which will be great this coming cold season. Read more
Bought this for my bedroom. Does the job well as far as heating to take the chill off in my room. Have not had it long but so far it has done what it was meant for. Heats up fast and I like the timer feature on this as well. Read more
