Awful - no support once found defective
Technically, Zero stars. Ordered and put this item away for a gift. Just went to pull it out to give to recipient, and found the latch doesn’t work at all - can’t open the flap. Of course return window closed within 30 days they tell me there’s nothing that can be done about it. Expensive product to not offer any sort of assistance on. Item looked good when received; who’d have ever thought a closure latch would be defective? And then not be able to get any support at all. Basically wasted $100 as product is unusable. Read more
