I just installed this gfci/usb outlet 11/29/25. It works great but be sure you have a deep outlet box because the wires are thick and are hard to cram into the standard gfci box. Shortening the wires would help a lot but I didn’t do that so I crammed them in there. Happy with the end result and the two usb ports allow me to charge my electronics while keeping the outlets open. Well worth the price! Read more

Good quality dependable gfci. Wire connectors are clearly marked and hold wires tightly. LED status light provides clear indication of whether unit is receiving power, is tripped, or is functioning properly. It is easy to install provided you either understand electrics or you read the instructions carefully. You will need to understand the difference between LINE and LOAD side if you intend to use this with other outlets up or downstream. You can wire two GFCIs on the same circuit breaker but ONLY if you use pigtails AND wire both to the LINE side. If this does not make sense to you, best to use an electrician. Read more

Came across this outlet on social media but since I’m well aware of Leviton I jumped at this as soon as I saw the night light feature. Our previous night light occupied one of the outlets and although it was nice to have, being limited to essentially one outlet was annoying and inconvenient. The brightness of the integrated night light, in my opinion, is appropriate. I would say it mimics the brightness of the plug-in night light but it’s not as soft. The outlet’s night light is sharp but not painful to the eye. It provides sufficient light to see the bathroom and navigate in it. As for the sensitivity of the sensor, it turns on at the slightest dimness. The night light gets brighter as the room gets darker. Installation is straight forward and any DIYer will have no problem with it. Take it one wire at a time. Overall, both my wife and I really like merely for the fact that we gained back our other outlet. No more forgetting to plug in the toothbrush charger after blow drying their hair. Read more
