4k quality with my ps5 looks fantastic. I like the built in apps and the option to add more. The UI on the tv itself is very snappy. Given the size of my living room I should have gotten the 65 rather than the 75 - keep in mind the 75 is huge. Not much else to say, its a tv and it's a nice one. *edit* I want to reiterate I have not tried the stock speakers. I'm using a soundbar. Read more

The magic mouse failed. LG said a technician needed to come to repair it. Mine is mounted on the wall. LG said I would have to have a certified installer come to the house and take it off the wall and reinstall after the repair! $150 out of pocket! The next TV will be a Samsung! Update. LG sent a blue tooth module to be installed under warranty by a local company. They sent two men so I would not have to pay $120 to get the TV off the wall. The part was installed and now all is well. Kudos to lG for fast service in repairing my TV under warranty. Read more

Purchased the TV in October of 2022. I like the TV, it is feature rich, has a good picture, off center viewing could be improved, but overall a good TV. My issue and thus the 2 start review, is that shortly after the 1 year warranty period, I started getting a horizontal lines across the TV about 2/3rds of the way up the screen. A search online (and resultant YouTube video watch- of which there are many) shows this is not uncommon. I may be old school, but my last couple of TV's (they may have been heavy bricks) lasted 10+ years before I replaced them not out of need but to upgrade size. A TV only lasting 1 year before the chips have heat damage is complete crap. Update- after many emails and conversations with LG, they sent a tech out and replaced the screen (was cool to watch the tech "peel" off the screen and make the repair), no cost repair, even outside of the one year warranty, so they did right by me. revised review from 2 star to 4 because the customer service. not 5, because it happened, and it took alot of work (emails and phone calls) to get repaired. The picture is great but, that's it! The OS is so slow you want to pull your hair out. The remote is the worst one I have ever used! Definitely not user friendly! The curser floats on its own. If you go the the dashboard and use the voice command to look for a show it only goes back to the previous network to look for what you asked for. Also this is a replacement for the first one I bought which came with a smashed screen and had to wait a month for the replacement. Look elsewhere! Buyer beware! Read more
