Is has strong magnets, and keeps phone in place when mounted to car vent and also it has an opening on back of mount for when you have your a/c on, you can cool your phone down when it gets hot while charging. The magnet is SUPER strong; the product description is not lying in the slightest. I had an issue with my previous one where the contact was unstable and slipped too much. This is not at all an issue with this product- it's one of the best magnets I've ever used- and to make things better it came with 2 phone holders in case I ever need a second one. You simply cannot beat the value for the price. The swivel on the magnets has a great range of motion and is very stable no matter how you rotate it. Used on my VW Golf these attach to the horizontal vents very securely, the magnets are very strong so I’m not too worried about the phone flying off. It swivels around nicely for multiple viewing angles, including going from portrait to landscape orientation very easily. I like that the back is open to allow plenty of air movement around the phone. I attached the other one to a friends Subaru where she has vertically oriented vents. The Lisen mag phone holder installs very easily my Camry air vent. It's magnet is very strong and works well with my Spigen Tough Armor mag case. I had Lisen (non-mag) before for my previous phone and it also functioned very well. Read more
