The item was very easy to install and worked just as pictured! It easily fit my son’s iPad 11.5 inch. We did have issues with the knobs that screw on and attach to the seat, they broke off about 6 days after installation, when I hit a bump in the road due to maybe the weight of the iPad I assume but I felt like it should be prepared for that being what the product is. I did however immediately reach out to customer support through the product website like directed and they were wonderful! They responded very fast and they sent a replacement item in about 3 days after discussing everything and probably would have been faster if it wasn’t a holiday weekend but the replacement is here and working great and they gave another warranty on the replacement! Really love this product, it’s one of those things that are so simple but make life a little easier . Easy to build and adjust , only complaint is that the part it attaches to headrest doesn’t fit very well because my headrest poles are slightly angled.
