The unit is fine, itโs not removable anytime you want. Itโs not ez to place your phone on it to hold.you have to use 2 fingers to move the 2 shorter clamps to open the gap wider in order to insert your phone into slot to hold up or sideway. The phone is vibrating when you drive faster than 75 miles an hr. Read more

When I first received this holder I was afraid it might not fit my dashboard. Instructions say the suction area must be completely flat and my dash slants a bit downward. Since the flattest area was up against the windshield I attached it there even though that restricted the movement some. Still, it worked well enough. I emailed the company just to ask if they provided another adhesive sticker I could purchase so I could try moving my phone into a better position. They immediately responded and sent not only two adhesives, but another holder as well. It arrived within the week. Amazing service! When I removed my other holder, I noticed that only about half the adhesive had stuck to the dash, yet it was so firmly attached I really had to pull to remove it. I repositioned the new one just a bit away from the window. I really like having the phone in the horizontal position so it doesn't block my vision. Read more
