I only have one thing to criticize about this product and that is the adhesive. The design to allow the base to contour to whatever shape you need it to is great; concept works great! However, to a big disappointment, within a week off 70* weather, the stand tired over. The back piece stopped sticking. I followed all instructions, step by step. The adhesive was not obstructed by any dirt or dust. I decided to reposition the stand and within the first day noticed that it was beginning to un-attach from the back again. I had a little bit of double sided gorilla tape, very similar to what this product uses (I think the gorilla tape is stronger) and placed it over the center of the base. It seems to be holding well at this point. Despite this one discrepancy, i still like this product very much. The round magnet connects perfectly with my iPhone 14 pro max. You get a small resistance when you try and take your phone off the stand. This can be great if you're off Rössing or on any uneven ground during which time the drive can be "bumpy". Hope this review helps anyone. I do not regret purchasing it and recommend it for anyone. Follow Up: I have had this product closely over 2 months and I’m very grateful I found it. Yes, the original adhesive was lacking but I overcame that by using double sided gorilla glue tape. No, don’t worry, it doesn’t adhere like regular gorilla glue. I wanted to change the location I had it mounted and it came off like a charm. Peeling it off slowly and gently preserves the device. Find your location and place the gorilla glue tape on each of the surface plates of the Mount. Should you live in hotter places, you may have to replace the tape pieces during the summer but it is well worth it!!! Hope the follow up is helpful to someone. Read more

I love this thing. It’s super easy to install; I had slight difficulty due to the shape of my dashboard and desired location, but a half drop of superglue fixed it right up. It’s a good size and holds the phone very well, functions great. It’s pretty stable. I don’t think my phone has ever fallen off of it. I have a MagSafe case and that really helps get the most out of it. It’s a great value for the money and I would absolutely buy again, but it’s worked so well the last year that I don’t need to buy another one! Read more

In fact, I might just put one in all three of the other stockings hanging on the entertainment center/electric fireplace this holiday season. Well, I would if my dad ever heard his phone ring and my brother's car didn't have the phone synced to the dashboard screen... Anyway, it's great. I used the vent clip mounting for a few weeks, and honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it held in place really well! When I finally decided on where I wanted to place the adhesive feet and switch to that setup, it was super easy to do, took about one minute (and only because I'd just filed my nails and had issues getting the paper backing off the adhesives), and hasn't budged a bit, even in the tail end of this Texas summer. The magnet that comes with it is super strong, and I actually use it to keep the ring on the back of my phone so I can hold onto it better (small hands + clumsy = a lot of cracked iPhone screens in my past), and the ring has a really strong magnet as well, so it snaps to the mount and I don't worry about it moving or falling off at all. And when I say I don't worry, I've had mountings that I had to put my hand up to stabilize my phone before going over a mild speed bump, and still ended up having to find it on the floorboard when I got home, and a few times, even the old car mount itself fell to the floor. But with this one, I've driven some rough backcountry roads, using both the vent clip back and the adhesive base, and my phone never even shifted. If I take the ring holder off the back of my phone and the magnet snaps directly onto this car mount, holy crap. I have to make a Herculean effort to pull it off. Now I'm pocket-sized and not very strong, but for me to have to pull that hard to get my phone detached from my car mount, and the car mount to stay adhered to the dash, someone must have sold their soul to somebody powerful for this science. This works great with the magnetic case I bought for my Samsung S22 Ultra.. the magnet is very strong. The product also feels well made, but unfortunately it does not stay well on my car's vents. The vents on my car are wider and thicker. I can get the hook to attach to them after a little bit of messing with it, but it has fallen off 4-5 times in two weeks.. thankfully not with my phone attached. I'll keep this one to give to a friend since it fits great in their car. Read more

This is honestly a really great mount. I love the adhesive bottom and that it’s flexible as it can really go on any surface. The feet are like a rubber kind of so they don’t just fold along those creases, they can bend and form to really any curve. I have a Mini so finding something to fit my bubbly dash was tricky! This works great and comes with two magnet rings to adhere to a phone or case. It’s SO strong an is not coming off for anything. I swear sometimes it’s too hard to pull off if I’m being PICKY.
