How did I live without this?! It feels so luxurious to get out of the shower or bath and slip into a warm towel! First, start your towel in advance by a few minutes, then pull it out and rotate the towel or towels. The bottom does NOT heat up; just the sides so it’s helpful to move your towel around once. It gets very warm…IF you leave it in long enough. Do not touch the sides when it’s on! You won’t be happy if you throw your towel in when you shower unless you’re in there at least 15 minutes. If you are willing to wait a few minutes and rotate your towel, you’ll love it. I put mine in about 10 minutes in advance of my shower. I expect that’s the same for any towel warmer. I like that this will fit two towels and the larger the towel, the better it seems to work. I also put pj’s and my robe in it. I’ve even used it to warm my socks! Read more

I love mine. Works great. Nice long cord to reach my shower or tub. My substantial chenille robe fits perfectly inside. I have a heated bathroom floor and with my heated robe it is just lovely. I’ve bought 3 for wedding shower gifts. Added a beautiful set towels. It’s been a hit. Read more

Came with plastic cover not snapped tightly together. Afraid of breaking it we left it. It works great but gets super hot so watch your hands when you reach in! It ticks or snaps when it on for 15 min like the element is heating to hot? Love the warm towels but bought 4 others of another brand for our girls for Xmas gifts. Total scam. Bought this less than a year ago and it already stopped working. Contacted the seller and was told they couldn’t help me because I purchased the item used. That was news to me. It was bought brand new! Product should have lasted longer. Read more

This is a great little luxury item for our master bath. I like the timing feature. I set it for 15 minutes before I get in the shower and the towel is warm and cozy by the time my shower is over. My husband uses it for his robe in the mornings. It’s a great buy and it looks very modern and sleek and doesn’t really take up much of a footprint. Read more

I have had mine for 3 years now and use it very often. The one thing I would say was a huge disappointment was a month into getting it the lid got so hot it melted the plastic around the screw of the handle and the handle broker off. I’ve continued to use it with no handle and it works great. But I do wish it didn’t break so quickly. I tried super glue but the heat on the lid does not allow it to hold for very long. Read more
