From day one, it worked flawlessly—great video quality for the price, easy setup, and no issues with compatibility on my laptop and desktop pc. For everyday use like video calls and virtual meetings, it absolutely delivered. Recently, I needed a webcam for my Switch2 device and decided to test the C615 before buying something new. To my surprise, it connected and worked right away with the Switch2—no extra configuration needed. That saved me from spending more money. I use this to stream on Twitch and I'm very happy with it. The image is nice and clear, as could be said for most of the cameras from this brand. The camera can be set up on its own stand or a tripod. I haven't had any issues with the hardware disconnecting or giving me any other technical issues. It has a blue indicator light that shows when it's on. I use this with a streamdeck and switch between this and another camera quite a bit. It never disconnects or has other issues. running it through a USB SS extension cord and that hasn't been a problem, either. I don't have anything bad to say about this camera. It has the type of mount that you can put on the top of your screen or an a tripod and the mount allows you to adjust tilt and pan manually. It doesn't have any automated features. I'm using this through OBS on Windows 11. Other software options might offer some more versatility but, if you just need something with a good image that you can use for streaming, this is a good option. This is a great camera for the price. The picture and audio quality is high! I bought this when I started working from home and being on zoom meetings all day, and the camera quality is super crispy! My one gripe with it is the way it attaches to my laptop....its a very loose/unstable way to attach. It seems like this attachment method is common for webcams but it SUCKS. Any time my dog walks by my desk or my leg hits it, it looks like I am in an earthquake because its basically just balanced on my computer. Bought this camera for close up online demonstrations (fly tying). While it does not automatically focus up close very well, you can download free software from Logitech that is easy to use and gives you greater control, including zoom and manual focus. I can now place the camera as close as an inch or two from what I want to show. This is the second of these cameras I bought and for some reason the first one seems to focus a little sharper than this second one I bought, which is why I gave this 4 for picture quality. This was made for a laptop which means it has a short cable. If you buy this for a desktop, you will probably need to buy an USB extension cable. I bought one off of Amazon and it works fine. This is actually a really good webcam for general use. Auto focus works well and picture quality is reasonable. Installation couldn't be easier for Windows 10 (Home version)... just plug it in and wait a few moments for Windows to recognize the device and you're good to go. Sound quality seemed a bit weak so I bought a Snowball ICE microphone for audio and the pair make for a fairly awesome experience. But even without the external mic, this webcam is worth considering and will likely satisfy most users. Read more

I bought my first C615 about a year and a half ago. It worked very well, but we did not need or use it much. Loaned it to a student for online college classes during the COVID-19 virus pandemic, and she loves it too. We may get it back some day, but meanwhile our own need for a webcam ramped up, so we got another C615. Already the new one is becoming a great new tool for the desktop computer. Read more
