Works great! Setup was fast and easy, taking probably less than 3 minutes from start to finish. It’s been so nice to control my lamps from the same place as my existing light switch! One of my lamps is positioned in a spot that made it difficult to access the on/off switch, and this remote has completely resolved that issue. The remote itself is fairly bulky compared to other light switches, but it looks decent enough. The plug part is also quite bulky, but I’m still able to plug something else in below it. The performance and reliability of this product have been great so far, and it’s worked as promised every time. Super convenient, looks decent, and a great value for the price. I love these plug ins. I used them for me Christmas decorations. The wireless wall switch is a nice improvement over a hand-held remote. (Which I always seemed to lose all the time). These were easy to set up and work on my inside and outdoor lights. No connection issues and good reception distance. Read more

We have a room thats only light switch was outside the room. We were going to hire an electrician but found these and they work better than if we had put a switch inside the room. You can turn on the lights when entering the room but also take the remote with you and turn the lights on and off without having to get up. Read more

This does exactly what we want it to: turns on a lamp across the room from the doorway. I wish we had chosen a single rather than 2-pack though. In the dark, it's harder to find the correct button to push to turn on the light, and a single toggle switch would have been easier. In addition, when I first started using it I often turned the light on and off in quick succession. This happens if you press the button longer than very briefly. I see that as a design flaw, but it was easy to get used to. Read more

These are great! My daughter had one in her hpbedroom and I found it to easy and convenient to not have to walk back thru a room to turn off a light bin another room before heading to bed. Not I am sting in my living room by the switch plate able to turn the light on in an adjoins room in/off. I also have it for the living room so I don’t have to feel for the switch on the light. I have another set in the dining room where we have no overhead light. I have 2 hanging pendant lights so the switch plates make it so easy/convenient to just turn them on with that (the switch by the plates does nothing (must have been an overhead light at one time but since was covered over). Old houses need some creative options and these outlet plates do the job I am thinking of getting a switch plate with 4 controls so I can turn a light on in every room on my lower level as opposed to walking around in the dark at one switch plate.
