I collect watches and enjoy working on them, so I have been collecting tools through the years. There can sometimes be a very fine line between a tool that is low priced (and low quality) and one that is ridiculously expensive (and theoretically superior quality). Swiss tools are without a doubt the best and also the most expensive. But every once in a while, you find a watch tool that is very reasonably priced and also very good quality. The Lyecun Watch Press fires on all cylinders in that department. This press is very well made, extre sturdy, easy to use, has plenty of face and back dies, and just…plain…works. It’s all metal construction and a tremendous bargain for the money. I’ve used it on approximately a dozen watches so far and it works absolutely perfect in pressing the case closed. Select the die for the watch face, select the die for the case back, put the included microfiber cloth under the watch face and with a few turns and very little pressure, you hear the case back POP as it snaps shut. Couldn’t be easier. Because of the all metal construction, I expect this Lyecun Watch Press to outlast me! Great storage box, too for keeping all the parts together. This thing is great to have! I've used it several times on watches where you can't just press the back on after changing a battery. Safely fits any size watch I've used it on and applies even, adequate pressure to do thejob. Read more
