This is a forever quality pan. It is the second piece I purchased. The weight is substantial but not a burden like cast iron. It conducts heat so well that a lower temperature is needed vs other cookware I’ve used. It is well worth the investment. I am super pleased with it! Read more
Fantastic sauce pans. Using them on a new Empava Induction cooktop. They work excellent on an inductive cooktop. Stainless is the best to cook with, dont have to worry about scratching it or worry about non stick coatings leaching into your food. I was cautiously optimistic about made in but was pretty well stocked on cookware, so when I found my self in need of a new sauté pan I thought I'd give this a try . I was not disappointed. Expertly crafted ,great materials , attention to detail . The pan heats evenly, the lid fits securely. Says it's dishwasher safe but if you put this pan in the dishwasher you dont deserve to keep it. It's is very easy to clean by hand just dont be lazy and keep the pan nice I think it will last you for multiple generations . I like to cook and think this will get used a lot dont suspect to see any issues . Packaged well and arrived in good shape and felt like they put a lot of care into these products. I have several Made In products. The stainless steel are the best ones. You do have to learn how to use them. They take longer to heat up and once they are hot, they are fat hotter than your traditional pan. They cook things well and I love that you can stick them in the oven if you just want to sear something first. They are easy to clean with bar keepers friend. They can get things stuck on them, especially if your new to them. The bar keepers friend easily gets any burned stuff out of the pan. I love the size of this pan. I have the 10' skillet, and it's far too small. I love the tall sides of this pan. I did have a negative experience with their customer service for a different Made In soup pot. I can't recommend the ceramic pots/pans because of this. But the stainless steel is great and durable. Read more
First thing I noticed was how light the pan was as I removed it from the packaging. It's supposed to be five-ply but it's lighter than my All-Clad D3. It's still a good pan but it's definitely not equivalent to All-Clad's D3 or D5 offerings. Read more
