Great pots and pans
Pots work great on on my new induction stove. I've had no issues with burning or items getting stuck. It's just important to make sure to oil/butter to ensure non stickness.. would highly recommend so far as being able to use metal on them and just run it under water to clean.. A very nice pan set and well worth the investment
If you are into high quality cookware these pans will meet your expectations. I seldom write 5 star reviews but felt compelled to do so this time because of the level of craftsmanship and because of how well the pans performed. If you want to keep them nice and see how well they can perform, follow the manufacturers recommendations: preheat the pan and oil, try not to use a lot of salt in your pans (it pits stainless steel) and cook with lower heat.
