⸻ I ordered a few items directly from the Made In website during their Black Friday sale. They arrived about three weeks later, which was understandable given the holiday season. However, when I realized the pot and pan sizes were too large, it was difficult to get timely support, and by the time I heard back, the promotion had ended and exchanges were no longer practical. I later purchased the same pan through Amazon, and the shipping was fast. The pan performed well at first, but after about a week I noticed some discoloration and a small chip on the bottom, which seemed like a possible manufacturing defect rather than normal wear. I reached out to the Made In team through Amazon, shared a few photos, and they were incredibly responsive and professional. They quickly approved a replacement and had it sent out within two days. I really appreciate how smoothly and fairly the Amazon support team handled this. Big shout-out to the Made In team on Amazon for their excellent customer service and understanding. My experience with customer service on the main website, however, was much slower and not nearly as smooth. Read more
Finally found real no stick pans that really work and chemical free. I have tried several others none of them compare to these pans. They clean up so easy, they sear and cook beautifully. I love the look of the pans too. Read more
I should’ve listened to the other one star reviewers. A couple of weeks of light use with all reasonable precautions, including rubber utensils for stirring, and the pan still developed chips in the coating. For such an expensive pan, I’m really disappointed in the quality and durability. Read more
I was skeptical that this was just another non-stick fad but so far, so good. Lightweight, very easy to clean, so far no nicks or scratches, and even heat. Great for eggs and veggies. Read more

Love the color and most importantly how easy they are to clean. Eggs wash off in seconds. But they chip very easily. You must use rubber or wood utensils. Don’t even think about touching metal to these pans. And even with a rubber spatula you will get nicks here and there. You can’t stack this pan without protection. Probably need to replace every couple years. Not sure I will purchase again. I love the pan but not for the price considering they are difficult to maintain. Read more
First of all, I love Made-in products, this one did not live up to what was promised. I own five other maid-in cookware items and they're all great. Seeing as this was a ceramic pan, I took extra special care of it; it was always hand washed. I never nested it in other pans, and I made sure to use only wooden and silicone utensils in it. The first one I got delaminated and chipped in about 3 months. Amazon put me in direct contact with made in, they were great, they replaced the pan immediately. And about the same time frame, the second pan did the exact same thing. I don't know if they had a bad run of these or if it's typical of this line, but I was disappointed in this purchase. Made In was pretty amazing with their customer service, however, and I'll always think highly of them for that. They refunded my money after requesting a couple pictures. The bottom of the pan started getting really small holes in the ceramic, they were almost hard to spot, they were so small. Since this happened twice, I knew what to look for the second time around, and caught it more quickly. Anyway, keep an eye on your pans, unless you like eating ceramic. Read more
