I actually sent this back, but only for the reason that the dimensions in the description were wrong and it was just to big for what I wanted or needed. But for a family .. it would be perfect! It's got all the bells and whistles, looks very nice and high quality, and the ceramic coating on the pot was extremely nice and thick with easy to read measurement marks. The pot was much nicer than any others I'd seen - including the one I ended up getting instead of this one. VERY nice! Another reason I gave them five stars is because after I submitted my return they immediately reached out to me to apologize for the misprint on the size, and then just as quickly corrected it on Amazon! Never had any other outfit reach out to me like that before. Also, the only refund option I was give was to credit the money back into my bank account - which can take a considerable amount of time with a lot of other retailers (took most of 3 months with Xfinity!). These guys had it back into my account on the morning of the 4th day after I dropped it off at the UPS Store! So in my book both the product and the business get a huge 👍🏻 from me! Highly recommend. * I should probably mention that the one little drawback I did run across was that the lights don't go into a standby mode after a certain period of time where only one button stays lit or they all dim down. I am new to using a rice cooker and am glad I made the purchase. I did measure and knew it was a 10-cup which I wish I would have gone to a smaller one. It is not wide but it is a bit deep...luckily fits perfectly on my pantry shelf. It is easy to use but the reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are so many options with little instruction. One option is to make a cake - no idea how to do that without a recipe. It is very easy to use and I like that it goes right to Warm mode after the time is complete. The media could not be loaded. I had another brand took on rode with my husband his a truck driver he loved it. He didnt want me to at 1st but once he learned how easy to use and can have cooked meals. Needless to say he kept on truck with him.So had to replace and get one for home. They no longer sold the brand I purchased before. So I brought this one. I do like this a little more. This one says its self cleaning. I do look forward to trying that option plus this one here i can take part to clean all the crevices myself. Not to mention this one its labeled and clear to see the settings. 😁 *** Had to add more.
