I've tried other magnesium creams and lotions before and I have to say I'm not totally convinced about their ability to promote sleep and muscle pain relief, but if anything there is the placebo effect. What I can say about this lotion is that it is non-greasy and applies smoothly. It rubs nicely into the skin and does not leave any residue. It is truly unscented and light weight. It's a quality lotion that does moisturize your skin. I would not rely on this solely for aiding with sleep or muscle pain relief though. Read more

I didn’t have very high expectations at first, but this magnesium cream has become a nice addition to my daily routine. I usually use it after a long day or after workouts, and it feels very relaxing on the skin. It’s not greasy, so I can apply it before getting dressed without any issues. Tried this magnesium cream mainly for sore muscles and sleep, and it actually surprised me. The texture is smooth, not greasy, and it absorbs pretty fast. I usually rub it on my legs before bed and feel more relaxed afterward. The scent is light and not overpowering, which I like. Been using it for a couple of weeks and my muscles feel less tight.
