Upgraded from Wizgear Circle to WiZgear Rectangle

The media could not be loaded. I love these! I previously had the round one. It worked great on my old phone which was a bit smaller and didn’t have a pretty case so I stuck the magnet on the outside. My new iPhone 11 has a super pretty custom designed Otterbox Defneder so the metal plate is inside the case. Thus, the grip wasn’t as good. So I thought I’d try this rectangle mount because I thought it would fit on the same ball base I already have installed. I’ve shown a video comparing the sizes and, yes, it works fine to swap out the plate. Edit: I ended up going back and moving my plate (which I had not peeled the backing off of) so that it is between the rubber outer layer of my otterbox and the plastic hardshell inside. Now it sticks to the squarish wizgear mount like a dream. I simply love this product line. Read more

Has worked perfectly for years, highly recommend

I've purchased two of these for different cars. They have performed great for me. I use a large Samsung phone and it has never fallen off the mount. On my first one, eventually the adhesive wore out (after maybe two years of daily use and a lot of temperature fluctuation) and I replaced it with a strip of double-sided Gorilla Tape. For me, the grip is nice and strong, the amount of play in the swivel mechanism is just right, and you can tighten the ball joint to make it stiffer by adjusting the ring behind the mount. Will buy again. Read more
