This pillow has really helped me. I am a side sleeper. I suffer from arthritis and had constant head, neck and back pain each morning for years before I started sleeping with this pillow. I tried several pillows recently hoping to find relief as matters were only getting worse. I am very happy with this pillow. I barely feel it under my head, so I would say it exerts little pressure against my sensitive head and neck. After a month it is staying fluffy and keeping its shape. It does not get too warm or cold. Seems just right. I do use a bamboo pillow case with it. It was a little expensive, but other highly rated pillows still hurt my head & neck. My wife has arthritis in her neck. Finding a comfortable pillow that also gives support has been a challenge. Then we saw the Marshmalloo pillows and decided to give them a try. I ordered two queen size pillows (both soft). The pillows are very comfortable and give the head/neck support she needs. The pillow itself is very, very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it five out of five stars, is because it doesn’t stay cool. While it is a bit cooler than a regular pillow, it does not stay as cool as I thought it would. If you’re a hot sleeper, I highly recommend purchasing a cooling pillowcase. I purchased this pillow for my wife who has MS, EDS, and long list of more health conditions and is going through menopause. We have easily purchased more than 75 pillow brands over the last few years trying to make her comfortable since she is bedridden permanently. It didn't matter whether we spent hundreds of dollars on a pillow or $10 none of them worked. This pillow is unlike any pillow we have ever purchased even right out of the box. Very unique in a good way. My wife immediately took a nap using the pillow and fell right to sleep which in 25 years I have known her has never happened. She says it soft and squishy yet supportive and she doesn't roast like a rotisserie chicken. We will definitely be purchasing more of these pillows thank you! *Side note the listing has an error and does say it is machine washable but it is spot clean only. I absolutely love this pillow. I ordered the soft one, holds shape and thickness. I have neck and shoulder pain and it works great supporting those areas for me. So far my sleep quality is definitely better. The Marshmallo was packaged well and didn’t have any smells. I was able to use the pillow immediately, no waiting for the bad new smell to go away. This is the softest, fluffiest pillow ever but not good for me. The specifications didn't give the height of the pillow so I should have steered clear. I need a low profile pillow but thought I would take a chance. It seemed very good quality. I returned it. You might like if want a high pillow. Read more

I never knew what i was missing in my bed time until i bought this pillow. I originally bought a king size soft for my gf and tried it and fell in love with it immediately.
