I purchased my pillow several months ago and when I went to wash the case I noticed that it was stained yellow from my small boy dog who decided to piss on it. I learned that you cannot wash the foam itself only the case with that being said I reached out to the company for info asking where can I purchase additional replacement foam, and the company, without hesitations response was they are sending me an entire replacement pillow!!! This is above and beyond what any company should do. I am extremely grateful and impressed. Was not expecting such good news. Thank you so much because this pillow is my favorite for my neck pain. I've always used a curve sleep number pillow for so many years and this has completely replaced it, even when I travel it comes with me! Yup and it's a king size lol. Read more

The pillow works for me as far as support and comfort, however, I really dislike the purple cover! Why in the world did they think this was attractive on the bed?! I realize it shows purple on the website, but I didn't anticipate the pillow being so large that oversized king cases don't cover it. I flip the opening to the middle of the bed - it still shows even when bed is fully made with duvet and 4 dec pillows. Not a good look. 😕 Read more

Too bulky and you will have to keep punching it up to revive the fluff. It's oversized and requires too much maintenance. The directions say to regularly reshape and fluff by putting it in the dryer. It turns hard and lumpy if it isnt constantly refluffed. It's a real pain. Read more
