I was getting tired of my usual breakfast, so I decided to give this matcha powder a try. I wasn’t sure if it would mix smoothly, but it totally did. I just added a little water to the powder first and stirred until it was smooth, then poured in milk and even a splash of coconut milk. It turned out surprisingly delicious! The single packets are super convenient—way easier than scooping from a jar, and I don’t have to worry about it getting clumpy or stale. They’re easy to tear open, don’t take up space, and are perfect to take with me anywhere. Read more

But I just poured the powder into my travel mug, added water, closed the lid, gave it a shake, and it dissolved completely. Read more

The matcha powder has a very fine texture and a smooth taste. You can enjoy it on its own or use it to make a latte. I tried it with milk by first pouring about half the milk into the cup, adding the matcha powder, and stirring until mostly blended. Then I added the rest of the milk and kept stirring. The result was delicious! I loved how creamy and well balanced it was. Read more

The individual packets are really handy, and the powder mixes easily. The flavor is rich and bold, and it reminds me of the matcha I’ve had in Japan. I like to make a cup when I start feeling sluggish during the afternoon work slump. It really hits the spot. Read more
