Great items worth the money. Easy to use and comes with an extra filter. Light weight. Cleaned part of my couch and then my bed mattress. We have pets and it was crazy to see how much hair was in our mattress. Collection cup is simple to dump, and clear to verify machine is working. The media could not be loaded. I never write reviews, but with this item I had to! I love it already. It is lightweight and easy to use, just plug in and go. It has a tiny cleaning brush stowed under one of the canisters, and comes with an extra filter, as well. I like that the uv light shuts off automatically over a small or uneven surface area. I did both beds, all the pillows, and now our couch, and I have to say, I thought my house was cleaner than this. I clean and wash the sheets every week, vacuum the mattresses aboit 4 times a year, and vacuum the couch a lot because we have 2 dogs. We also have 2 air filters running all the time. The amount of stuff this small vacuum picked up was disgusting. My video is also here, just cleaning one section of the couch, and showing how to put the canister back on. There is a review saying that there is no suction. I'm not saying this couldn't happen, but it is possible to replace either of the cartridges backwards, resulting in NO suction due to an open system. The only thing I don't like is something that is completely uncontrollable, and it's the static buildup making it difficult to empty the canisters. It works as described, they cord is extremely long which is nice. The suction works really well. I have 3 cats and it is working well for removing hair from my furniture. I wish it was cordless. The catch bin is small so you are not going to vacuum a hotel with these. It's small enough to carry an duse with one hand while holding pillows and such. Read more
