Locally I can buy lots of lemon/pepper spice mixes, but I'm not much of a pepper fan. I use this blend on salads along with olive oil instead of over-processed salad dressings, on fish or virtually anything else I would put a lemon/pepper mix on but want to control the overpowering pepper flavor.
