Perfect. It works great. I put 3lbs of well- seasoned chicken tenderloins in, and 24 oz of water. I cooked it on high for 4.5 hours. Checking the water level each hour, never had to add more. After 3.5 hours, I shredded the chicken and added a can of tomatoes, minced garlic and minced red peppers and onions. and continued cooking, changing the temp to medium. An hour later, put it on warm, as the last of the fixings was being finished and put on the table. Love the warmer, kept everything hot, without cooking it further. It was great, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the veggies were, too. It was easy to clean afterwards. The size of it is great, it fits on the counter, even in small kitchens, with room to spare.
