This is a great product and very easy to use and clean. It is really helped me to multiple fresh foods at the same time considering my busy office schedule. This is a great innovation. Massively simplifies the process of preparing multiple slow cooker dishes and keeping them warm after. Arrived in perfect condition. I filled all 3 crocks with water and tested each at all 3 settings. At each setting, temperature variation between them ranged from zero to just a couple degrees F. I took the unit to a chili cook-off where it performed like a champ. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five is the unit is still new. Will upgrade if it works this well a few months from now.
