Love the features and the size! Great for larger pieces of meat…the roast setting - even at it’s lowest temperature - cooks really hot…the liquid in the pan was bubbling and sizzling! Just wish the manufacturer had included a more detailed owner’s manual and a booklet with a few recipes. Read more

I LOVE the design of the pot and the many cooking options it offers. It is the perfect size. The cleanup was super easy. The lid does not clamp down tight as some does, it just lay flat on the top. As much as I love the pot, I could not get the pot to heat up following the instructions from the manual. I reached out to "support" via the email info given but received no response. I am trying to return the pot. I won't say this pot is worthless. I am only rating it from my experience of not being able to cook in it. I put beef stew in the pot according to the manual's instructions for STEW; at the end of the cooking cycle (2 hours I believe it was), the food was not near done. I turned it off and started over using the SLOW COOK method using the instructions and I increased the time to 6 hours and the degree to 205, the food still was not cooked. The pot was not hot enough to cook anything. I could hold the outside with my hands because the pot was room temperature; not hot. Read more
