Oh My! This is my favorite self care gift this season! You're probably not supposed to do this, but I lay on it when my back in achy and it just melts it away. It has an auto shut off feature so I don't worry about it. I don't usually clip the neck up unless my neck is especially hurting. I do wish it was a bit longer. In the picture it shows it with her sitting on it. There's no way that's possible. I have a short torso and I couldn't do that. Also the tie for around the waist is very short so there is really no way to use it. If you do use it, you'll get it knotted up. Finally, it says it is flannel. Nope. Not flannel. It is like a fleece material. It does work great and you will love it. It's super soft and cozy. I think for the money, it is a great buy. Read more

So far, I really like the vest. It doesn't provide much heat to the outer shoulder but covers the neck and back really well. It does provide some good pain relief. Read more
