I've been micro needling my scalp and face for a couple of years now. I really like the 1.5mm pins. I had another roller that wore out, but that brand isn't available anymore. I purchased this and it does the same thing. I have had very good results gaining some hair regrowth through micro needling and it helps give my skin a youthful appearance. I've used Rogaine, and numerous hair growth supplements. I have a $1000 hair laser helmet. This is not helpful for storing the roller, because you really should discard after each use, but it made a really good reservoir for the isopropyl alcohol I used to sanitize the roller!
